I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The service was excellent, the rooms were very clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. It’s conveniently located near the subway, which made getting around the city easy. The breakfast was good and offered a nice variety. The atmosphere is family-friendly and comfortable. One thing I especially liked was the pleasant scent of the room — the light fragrance added a sense of relaxation and comfort. I would definitely recommend it!
Lovely hotel. I knew before I arrived it was not serving alcohol so it wasn't an issue. No pork served either. Again not an issue..the hotel was lovely, very clean, lovely lobby area and outside seating. 5 mins walk to the Southgate underground. Lots of grocey shops, restaurants, cafes and a few bars within walking distance.. would stay again. Air conditioning was an added bonus in the bedroom..
Having stayed here several times over the past 12 months I can definitely say this hotel is worth a stay. I was able to check in early each time for free, staff is extraordinarily friendly and helpful, my room requests have almost always been considered. Special Thanks to Marc and Princy from the front desk! They even arranged birthday surprises and upgrades. I don’t like rooms where I can’t open the window for some fresh air, but I do realise that it’s common in the UK. Last time there was kind of a big water leakage in my bathroom and the water came up from under the floor tiles in the bedroom. Although I told them right away, it took them till the next morning to check on it. Breakfast is small and for the health aspect I am missing a lager selection of fruit and veggies and also vegan options, but everything tastes good and seems of good quality. I will be back for sure!
Stayed in an accessible studio. Very spacious. Mini kitchenette with microwave, fridge, sink and cutlery. Breakfast has hot food and variety of cereals and tea. Bread, muffins, croissants and fruit etc. Hotel parking payable on a first come basis, has easy access to the reception. Nearby: Southgate underground station on Piccadilly line. Get to Kings Cross station in 30 mins. Convenient store round the corner and Asda Supermarket about 10 min walk. Very convenient location. Excellent hotel. Highly recommend it.
Excellent hotel. Fresh and clean. 5mins from Southgate underground. Lots of coffee shops and restaurants close by. Lovely bar area and outside seating. Doesn't serve alcohol but I knew that before I travelled and it wasn't an issue. Rooms are lovely, great big shower . would stay again.
